Administrative
Assistant |
Suresh commenced his career as a legal administrative
assistant in the year 1990. He brings a wide range of knowledge
and experience to the firm, having previously worked with various
companies across a broad range of industries. Suresh assists the
firm's lawyers in preparing documents, opinions and reports with
regard to civil and commercial litigation and transactions. Suresh
conducts investigative searches, assists in client and file management,
including preparation of materials used in and outside of court,
and contributes to document management issues on all manner of
cases. He also conducts various doctrinal, legislative and jurisprudential
searches in order to properly prepare files for hearings before
the administrative tribunals and the courts.

| Marshall Maharajan |
Marshall is a graduate in Commerce
from the University of Madras and is presently studying law at the
Dr.Ambedkar Govt. Law College at Chennai. He is currently serving
as Pravda's articling student. |
Marshall currently rotates through
the firm's various practice areas to achieve a better understanding
of the practice of law, in addition to client relationship and business
development. He is currently undergoing training in the trial as
well as appellate litigation areas at our firm to help prepare for
his future as an advocate. While in law school, Marshall actively
volunteered with Tamil Nadu Handicapped Federation Charitable Trust
where he was involved in promoting the rights of persons with disabilities
in the state of Tamil Nadu. He has also participated in various
legal aid clinics. |
