Ganesh has a strong litigation practice in the courts at Chennai. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments where he has actively represents various religious and charitable institutions in Chennai. Ganesh also represents clients in real estate and labour issues and has represented parties in trials, hearings, arbitrations and mediations before various administrative agencies, tribunals and state and local courts. Ganesh has acted for clients in actions involving land disputes including title and boundary issues, construction disputes, property deeds and transfers and tenancy disputes. He has also aggressively defended the rights of both employees as well and employers.

David joined Pravda Law Associates in June 2010 as an Associate specializing in litigation and trial. David earned his Bachelors Degree in Law from Bangalore. David currently represents individual, partnership and corporate clients in a broad range of civil and criminal litigation work principally in the Tribunals and the High Court at Chennai. He has successfully represented employers in disputes involving harassment and discrimination, terminations, reductions-in force, wage and hour issues. He also practices in all areas of immigration law, with emphasis on business immigration, including employment visas and business visitor entries. David has additional experience in real estate matters and consumer and product liability issues.
 
Vimathy Govindappan
Associate
Vimathy is the newest member of our firm. With a masters degree in labor and administrative law, Vimathy's core areas of focus are labour and employment issues. She represents clients in numerous labor disputes before various trial courts. She assists our founding partner in a complete range of labor and employment issues. She also assists our founding partner in real estate conveyancing by preparing documents, opinions and reports for various real estate transactions.
